Administrative Review

An Administrative Review allows you request a review or reconsideration of your immigration application refusal. Only certain decisions can be reviewed. If you believe there has been a mistake in refusing your leave to remain application or leave to enter then you can request a review within 28 days. There is a fee to be paid.

If the decision to refuse is maintained following from an Administrative Review, then you can challenge the decision by way of Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) for Judicial Review against the Home Office and Judicial Review in The Upper Tribunal.
