Business Immigration

Sponsor Licence

Any business looking to recruit employees will require a sponsorship licence to employ someone to work for them from outside the UK. This includes citizens of the EU, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland who arrived in the UK after 31 December 2020.

Brexit has changed many aspects of immigration law and we can help you navigate through the complex rules to suit the needs of your business.

We can help you and your business in applying for a sponsorship licence. We will discuss your business needs and offer practical advice in using the sponsor management system. We can also assist you with the renewal process. The sponsor licence is granted for 4 years and can be renewed for a further 4 years. Please contact us before your sponsor licence expires.

Once you are granted the licence you will be able to assign a certificate of sponsorship (COS) whether you would like to sponsor someone from outside or inside the UK.

We can advise and assist on all aspects of skilled worker visas including assisting you with applying for entry clearance, extensions, switching or applying for indefinite leave to remain. We can also assist you with Administrative Review applications on refusals under suitability grounds. Please contact us for further assistance.
