Under Section 82 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 your may appeal to the First Tier Tribunal where a decision has been made to either:
If you appeal when inside the UK, you have 14 days to appeal. If you are outside the UK, you have 28 days to appeal. There are various appeals, please contact us to discuss your appeal matter.
We work on a fixed fee basis. Please note our fees are exclusive of VAT and disbursements.
